Questions about our Hub
Does the HUB use satellite connectivity?
Yes, the Hub can be connected to satellite internet via an onboard router. It’s fully compatible with Starlink and other routers that offer an ethernet connection. This ensures continuous data transmission even when outside cellular coverage zones.
What happens if no cellular network is available?
If no cellular network is available, the HUB continues to operate locally. It will keep collecting data, monitoring onboard systems, and storing information securely. As soon as a connection is restored, all stored data is automatically synced to the cloud and your app — so you never miss a thing.
In which countries does the HUB work?
